Establish the facts first. Then a fixed fee you can rely on.
After a first call, the UK / Ireland Finance Interface Review looks across finance, reporting, audit, tax, compliance, providers, controls and systems. It gives management a clear view of the current model and a practical basis for deciding what happens next.

Run or support
Fixed monthly feeWe run the recurring work, or work alongside your providers on the agreed interfaces. Quarterly review; fees reviewed annually unless scope changes materially.
The Review has standalone value. You receive a documented operating model, control and data-quality findings, a responsibility map across head office, the local entity or fund, your auditors, administrators and advisers, and a prioritised implementation plan. The deliverables remain yours whether or not you appoint THOTH for the recurring work.
Four questions, and an indicative range before we speak.
Based on the scope assumptions published on this site. Your fixed fee is confirmed in the written proposal that follows the Review.
Clean quarterly reporting to head office
Group Reporting Office
One entity, up to 200 transactions a month, quarterly group reporting.
What the Review costs, and what changes it.
Complex engagements are not presented as fixed until the underlying systems, controls and reporting requirements are understood. Any historical remediation is scoped and agreed in advance, before work begins.
What determines your final fee
Every engagement is built to scope. These are typical investment ranges, not products. Your fixed fee is confirmed in the written proposal that follows the Finance Interface Review.
What THOTH is usually compared with
Scoped and agreed in advance, never bundled into your monthly fee.
Tim handles the flow. THOTH keeps the judgement.
Tim – Tax in Motion
Recurring obligations run through Tim, THOTH's technology and workflow layer. It gives structure, visibility, ownership, evidence and continuity across finance, tax and compliance, so deadlines, documents and status are visible at any time.
Tim works with the accounting system, ERP, banking, payroll and providers you already use, without a wholesale migration. Your data, chart of accounts and reporting structure remain yours.
Controlled, and accountable to one person
A documented close procedure, defined reconciliations, set review points and a traceable audit trail. Technology supports the process; it does not take decisions with statutory consequences. Every statutory filing is reviewed by a senior THOTH professional before submission.
At year end, your group or fund auditor receives a structured, traceable pack designed to minimise follow-up.
Scope and third-party costs
Work outside your agreed scope is discussed and agreed with you in advance. No additional work is undertaken, and no additional fee is charged, without your approval. Fees are fixed for the agreed scope and reviewed annually, or earlier only by agreement where the scope changes materially.
Third-party costs are excluded unless expressly included in your written proposal. This includes software licences, statutory filing charges, audit fees, third-party specialist fees, pension-provider costs and agreed travel expenses.
